Substance Use Treatment

Substance Use Treatment Services

This program provides a full range of substance use recovery services including individual outpatient counseling for youth, adolescents, adults, and families, Medication for Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD), including Suboxone, therapeutic recovery groups, and an Opioid Health Home (OHH). Our counselors are trained to work with clients who are trauma survivors, and clients who have co-occurring disorders from a harm-reduction and preventative model of care. Services are provided via telehealth, in person, and within certain school systems. Services are also provided in collaboration with Teen Centers for Unhoused Youth in Portland and Lewiston.

Population Served

Varies depending on which type of Substance Use treatment is needed. Individual outpatient serves youth, adolescents, adults, and families. Other Substance Use treatments such as MOUD and OHH service the older adolescents and adult populations.
