We encourage all callers to utilize 211 which is completely confidential and connects you to expert and caring help and information on resources. 

There are waitlists for most services. Depending on the service being requested waitlists may range. If you make a referral someone will reach out to you within 2-3 business days to give you an update. 

Yes, please expect someone to reach out to you within no more than 2-3 business days to give you an update. 

Day One accepts Maine Care and most commercial insurances including Medicare. 

Through our referral process indicated throughout this site. 

It has allowed us to expand our telehealth services while also keeping 2 offices functional for in-person services as well. 

No, we don’t currently have an active IOP program.
