MaineMOM
The MaineMOM program provides comprehensive care for pregnant and postpartum women with opioid use disorder and their infants by combining maternal health and substance use treatment. The program offers case management, primary care, behavioral health services, postpartum counseling, and support with transportation, housing, and various community connections through the use of a wraparound model.
This program provides:
- Case management
- Medication management
- Behavioral health support
- Primary care
- Postpartum counseling
- Transportation assistance
- Housing support
- Referrals and connections to other community resources
For individuals without insurance they will be aided in applying for Mainecare. MaineMOM services will be provided at no cost through grant funding until Mainecare can be obtained.
